Banca del Tempo
Project for the Banca del Tempo: a service design project.
The “Bank of Time” is an italian system in which people exchange their time and knwoledge instead of money.
Even Though the system is sustainable and innovative has yet not being well implemented.
This is the project for a better implementation of the Banca del Tempo in people everyday life: from the design of the web site, to the redesign of the whole system and service, throgh the analysis of the customer journey and the reasearch of the customers’ needs.
